Le Groupe STANLEY BLACK & DECKER, spécialisé dans la fabrication d’outillages pour les professionnels et les particuliers, recherche pour l’une de ses unités de production en Franche-Comté, un(e) Automaticien-Roboticien.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable Méthodes Industrialisation du site, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes méthodes / industrialisation et production :

Vos principales missions seront :

• Assurer l’étude d’automatisme complète de machines ou de sous-ensemble et leur mise en route ;

• Participer à la réalisation et à la validation des cahiers des charges des équipements automatiques ;

• Industrialiser les nouveaux équipements automatiques

• Proposer et étudier en termes de faisabilité et rentabilité des solutions d’automatisation des process existant ;

• Etudier et prendre en charge des solutions d’améliorations d’automatisations déjà existantes ;

• Être le référant en termes de programmation robot (ABB, STAUBLI, FANUC, CHAVERIAT, WITTMANN), manipulateur, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) et CNC (Commande Numérique) ;

• Assurer le suivi de l’ensemble des robots, manipulateur, PLC et CNC afin de proposer des actions en fonction de l’évolution des normes et de l’obsolescence du matériel ;

• Assurer la maintenance électrique et des logiciels des différents robots, PLC et CNC du parc machine ;

• Assurer le support pour le dépannage sur le parc machine robot, PLC et CNC ;

• Gérer les sauvegardes robot, PLC et CNC.

Profil :

De formation Bac+2 technique (BTS CRSA), vous avez au moins une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire.

Vos qualités relationnelles, le goût du terrain, la rigueur et le dynamisme seront des atouts pour réussir dans cette mission.

Votre niveau d’anglais est opérationnel.

Rémunération annuelle : 36 660 à 55 000 euros bruts
