MISIÓN DEL CARGO

Potencializar la zona desde la gestión omnicanal comercial.

RESPONSABILIDADES

*Potencializar los clientes de las zonas a través de la Omnicanalidad: Comercio, Retail, Industria e E-Commerce.

*Garantizar el cumplimiento del sell in, y sell out para los clientes asignados Coordinar los focos de trabajo de la RF y la promotoría.

*Visitar Industrias, hacer presencia de Marca y realizar la Gestión de Asesoría, Venta Consultiva y Capacitación en todas nuestras líneas industriales de (Herramientas Eléctricas, Herramientas Manuales y Accesorios)

*Realizar el seguimiento en la evacuación de productos IN/OUT Realizar el seguimiento en la evacuación de productos descodificados Garantizar que las tiendas de las zonas cumplan con unos estándares visuales en los lineales, cross y puntas de góndola

*Seguimiento sistemático y proactivo de la tasa de conversión de especificaciones, clientes potenciales y cartera de oportunidades convertidas. Colaboración en la creación de un Forecast IBP preciso basado en la dinámica de los proyectos de la zona y la propuesta de valor de SBD

*Planificación de manera efectiva el cronograma (día/semana) priorizando las actividades relacionadas con la atención en Key End Users.

REQUERIMIENTOS

*Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial / Mecánica, Mercadeo o afines con la gestión comercial

*5 años de experiencia en ventas retail / industria Manejo de paquete office Conocimiento en el producto / mercado Habilidades comerciales, negociación e influencia y trabajo en equipo.
