The Job (responsibilities):

• Support the Sales Team and the Sales Manager in day to day activities including preparation of sales offers, pipeline reviews & listing forms.

• Participate in the Sales process for selected customers, in cooperation with the Key Account Specialists

• Maintains internal communication between different departments inside Stanley Black&Decker (marketing, customer service partners, logistics)

• Prepares all reports and documents for accounting department in order to close the financial statements.

• Monthly/Quarterly administration & statistics

• Provides Sales Reps with updates on availability, obsolete products, status of customer orders, etc.

• Helps identify customers’ issues, make efforts to resolve them and suggest improvements

• Leads external communication with customers on operational topics, such as invoices, credit memo, debit notes, etc., as well as gives updates on order status and stock availability

• Monitors the behavioral indicators of sales to improve performance and understand the drivers of growth

• Prepares and analyzes forecasts and inventory and provide market analytics and insights

• Organizes data and generates deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness

The Person (requirements):

• First experience desired – Sales, Inside Sales or Sales Support role

• Romanian native, English language: professional communication (spoken & written), Bulgarian language is a big advantage

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially strong capabilities of Excel

• Powerpoint: ability to build presentations

• Advantage: Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, QlikView, PowerBI

• SAP platform knowledge is an advantage

• Able to work with deadlines

• Team-player & multi-cultural orientation

• Pro-active approach

• High degree of self-motivation and ready to take responsibility
