MISSIONS :

L’agent logistique polyvalent exécute des opérations de réception, de stockage, de tenue de stocks, de préparation de commandes, de compositions et d’expédition de marchandises selon des procédures qualité et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, dans le respect des impératifs de délais.

RESPONSABILITÉS / TÂCHES

R éception

Déballer, trier et enregistrer les produits reçus dans le système informatique

Imprimer et trier les étiquettes afin de répartir les bacs sur le convoyeur ou sur palette

Contrôler la qualité des opérations réalisées (contrôle visuel des produits entrants, rangement et répartition des produits dans les totes, etc.)

Déceler les anomalies, en informer sa hiérarchie

Préparation de commandes (picking)

Effectuer les prélèvements de produits selon les instructions et modes opératoires de préparation de commandes mis à disposition

Constituer les colis

Réaliser les opérations de contrôle qualité dans les stations de contrôle poids (weigth check)

Préparer les commandes en fonction des contraintes d’expédition annoncées

Expédition (shipping)

Charger les colis et les acheminer en zone d’expédition

Effectuer le rangement des colis en fonction de la commande et du mode de transport

Renseigner les supports d’expédition / livraison avec les chauffeurs

Assemblage (Kitting)

Prélever les composants permettant la réalisation de la composition

Contrôler visuellement les produits

Assembler plusieurs pièces pour assurer la réalisation d’une composition selon les instructions et modes opératoires

Placer les produits dans l’emballage approprié

Coller les étiquettes de la référence finale

Déclarer la fabrication du produit final en utilisant un terminal informatique

Polyvalence

Développer ses compétences sur les opérations des différents secteurs

Renforcer les différents secteurs selon les besoins et demandes opérationnels

Participer aux inventaires périodiques

S’investir dans la mise en œuvre des améliorations sur les secteurs

Accompagner un nouvel entrant au poste de travail
