III. Funciones Principales
Búsqueda proactiva de proveedores y socios de negocio en base a las necesidades actuales
del negocio.
Generar oportunamente las Órdenes de Compra por servicios o suministros.
Recibir y validar las solicitudes de pago y facturación de proveedores.
Solicitar y obtener oportunamente las aprobaciones de pago a proveedores.
Solicitar el registro de los pagos a proveedores.
Proveer información a proveedores y contactos internos sobre el estado de las órdenes de compra y pagos de servicios y suministros.
Reportar mensualmente los montos de compras por servicios y suministros.
Actuar como enlace con el servicio compartido de pagos a proveedores.

De 10 a 15 años de experiencia en área de compras

De 10 a 15 años en desarrollo de proveedores.

Módulo de compras a proveedores SAP
Microsoft Office 365
Excel avanzado
