· Responsable de mantener el nivel de inventario adecuado en los secadores y contenedores (gaylords) para cada máquina de acuerdo con BOM.

· Responsable de limpieza de filtros durante el turno para evitar que las maquinas paren.

· Responsable de realizar el cambio de resina de acuerdo con el BOM en los cambios de setup.

· Realizar devoluciones de resina sobrante a almacén en los cambios de setup

· En caso de ser necesario de pasar la resina sobrante a otra maquina y hacer transacción TW o comunicar a personal de almacén de que maquina a que maquina paso la resina.

· Responsable de utilizar el BOM para asegurar que las resinas que está recibiendo corresponden al modelo que se está produciendo o se va a producir.

· Responsable de identificar los BOM’s con la información requerida: número de lote, numero empleado y numero de maquina e imprimir 3 copias de cada uno.

· Responsable de participar durante las corridas pilotos de ingeniería asegurando de hacer los cambios de resina.

· Responsable de preparar la mezcla de resina concentrado con la resina base, de acuerdo a especificación.

· Responsable de preparar la mezcla de resina remolida con resina virgen de acuerdo a especificación.

· Seguir instrucciones y parámetros de hojas de proceso para cada setup de resina

· Responsable usar de manera correcta jack pallet ya sea este manual o eléctrico, montacargas, uniforme, zapatos y accesorios que son provistos para el desempeño de su trabajo.

· Responsable de participar en actividades o acciones relacionadas al mantenimiento y mejora de las 6’s que su supervisor le asigne.

· Responsable de buscar oportunidades de mejora en sus procesos y/o procesos alternos.

· Disponibilidad de cambios de turno y los diferentes horarios y tiempo extra

· Trabajar con seguridad utilizando su equipo de protección personal.

· Mantener limpia su área de trabajo, entendiéndose por área de trabajo cada maquina de moldeo en la que participe.

· Monitoreo de funcionamiento correcto de equipos auxiliares
