Process Quality Assurance applying Lean Six Sigma & Statistical tools for process variation reduction & improvement.

Drive the internal / external Corrective Actions thru Problem Solving Techniques (Fishbone, 5 whys, 8D).

Drive the Actions Plans to improve the Process Indicators (KPI) against the targets.

Auditors & Quality Technician Management

  • Ensure that assembled product meets design specifications and requirements.

  • Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with ISO standards and Global Operating Standards.

  • Drive KPI Indicators and identify robust solutions to meet the targets (FTP, Scrap & Rework, FSA, DMR, MQC, Interplants, Internal Rejects, FSTC Conformance)

  • Drive a strong scrap cost reduction project (s) applying Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma Tools.

  • Develop and implement Process Control Audits and Finished Stock Audits.

  • Problem Solving Analysis (Use of Fishbone, 5 Why’s, 8D & Shainin techniques – BOB / WOW)

  • Drive & record the internal / external Corrective Actions (CAPA) in ETQ System thru Problem Solving Techniques (Fishbone, 5 whys, 8D).

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the containment actions & the prompt response for the internal / external quality issues

  • Work closely with Maintenance, Manufacturing, Test and Resident Engineering teams to solve problems promptly and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Support in the validation of process change through REA/Engineering process (New Equipment’s, Line relocation, other).

  • Gauge design and tolerance. Application and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) Knowledge

  • Application of Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R), Process Capability (Cpk) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to minimize process variation.

  • Application of Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) for EOL Testers qualification

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering - Mechanical or Electrical preferred.

  • Hands on experience in high volume manufacturing (1 - 3 years)

  • Green Belt certification preferred

  • Project Management.

  • Problem Solving techniques (Fishbone, 5 why’s, 8D, other)

  • Measurement Equipment knowledge.

  • GD&T knowledge

  • SPC.

  • ISO Internal Auditor preferred
